Jeff Bezos the CEO of Amazon introduced four new products last week, Kindle Paperlight and three new HD versions of Kindle Fire. The Kindle paperlight has front lit technology and over 60 percent more pixels (higher resolution) than it’s predecessor.
The Kindle Fire versions include one version with an 8.9-inch HD screen with 1920 x 1200 resolution, they have faster Texas Intruments processors and feature dual stereo speakers with dolby digital plus technology. These improvements bring the Kindles closer to Apple’s iPad and the largest difference between the Amazon Kindles and Apple’s iPad is price.
