According to the new study, people should avoid using the CFL bulbs, even though they are energy efficient and save money, if you decide to use the bulbs, place them behind an additional glass screen. The CFL bulbs are consistent with skin cell damage from ultraviolet radiation the further kicker is that if you decide to cover yourself in sunscreen under your CFL bulbs, the skin damage is actually enhanced.
